OrgSuccess operates throughout Queensland.
OrgSuccess founder and director is Lissa Holgate. Lissa has enjoyed extensive and varied career experiences before finding her absolute passion in organisational development and human resources.
Lissa has a Masters of Human Resources Management, a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma of Teaching (Early Childhood). She is currently upgrading her Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment and is a Diploma of Life Coaching student at The Coaching Institute.
Lissa has recently gained certification as an NLP practitioner and time line therapist. These skills add even more value to the coaching experience. With over 250 hours of leadership coaching experience, Lissa is well positioned to provide you with the expertise you need to support you in your business or role.
Lissa is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and a Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Lissa is extremely passionate about values alignment in the workplace, and empowering people to live and work to their full potential.
Lissa draws from her extensive networks to match clients with consultants and coaches, ensuring the best professional and personal fit for clients at all times.
